More than 70 students from Beijing No. 2 Middle School recently visited Eyebright Medical’s Scientific Vision Care & Eye Health Science Education Base for an experiential learning program themed “Explore Ophthalmic Technology and Illuminate the Light of Science.” The activity combined expert-led education, hands-on experiments, and interactive quizzes to help students better understand the ophthalmic industry and China’s latest innovation outcomes, while encouraging innovative thinking.

During the visit, students toured Eyebright Medical’s exhibition hall and intelligent manufacturing workshop, learning about the company’s development history, full-cycle eye-health industry capabilities, and core proprietary technologies. Students also participated in a hands-on intraocular lens injection exercise to experience the precision behind medical device manufacturing.

The program then moved into a classroom session on myopia prevention and eye-care knowledge, where Eyebright Medical’s R&D specialists delivered a briefing tailored to adolescent myopia risk factors, including practical guidance on eye-care habits and proper eyewear practices. To reinforce key takeaways, the session included group-based knowledge competitions.

Eyebright Medical also shared an innovation-thinking theme session led by an R&D engineer, guiding students on how to apply innovation logic to everyday observations.
